Prop adaptor/spinner 2.3mm

A turned aluminium propeller adaptor suitable for 2.3mm shaft electric motors*. Ideal for the 400 and 480 type electric motors. It has a 13mm long threaded section of 4.8mm diameter perfect for the Microspeed props. 8mm is the maximum prop thickness. Overall length then, including the shouldered coned spinner, is almost 25mm. Spinner has a 1.8mm 'T' bar fixing hole and a motor shaft Allen grub screw for a 1mm hexagonal driver. Adaptor is 12mm wide across the prop faces.

*Some of our American readers use high KV motors having 2.26mm diameter shafts.  We suggest using this adaptor with a short length of our thin kynar heat shrink-tubing to make up the diameter difference. Cut to length as required and shrink the tubing onto the motor shaft stub using a hot air blowing gun. Store remainder safely and away from heat-it is easily dropped and lost! A smear of silicone grease will ease the spinner in place. 50mm of kynar is supplied with the adaptor/spinner.
