    Popular 3.5mm diameter gold plated plugs and sockets with red/black heatshrink. 3mm solder cups for use with your speed controller wires. Multi leaf wipers for good current capacity at minimal loss. The other design, the Deans type, usually go on the battery pack.  A 3.5mm connector pair weighs a shade under 4g and the pack has two pairs.
